Let me tell you why. We never had to ask for anything twice, not a single time. They were on top of everything from the beginning! At the time we looked for and bought our home we lived out of state. This could have made the buying process more stressful, but not with Jodie and John on our team! They took the time to go see houses themselves, bringing us along on a personal tour via their smart phone! Once we were able to travel to Louisiana to look at homes in person they had an entire day of viewing lined up based on the type of home we were seeking. After narrowing our choices down to two houses they quickly scheduled a second viewing of each home before we had to fly out. After making our decision the inspection, purchase and financing process was easy and low stress!
